MARC has withdrawn its MARC-1ID/AAAID ratings on Kumpulan Sime Darby Berhad’s (formerly known as Sime Darby Berhad) RM1.5 billion Al-Murabahah Commercial Papers/Medium Term Notes (MCP/MMTN) Programme. This action follows the recent novation of Kumpulan Sime Darby Berhad’s MCP/MMTN Programme to Sime Darby Berhad (formerly known as Synergy Drive Berhad), and in respect of which MARC has assigned MARC-1ID/AAAID ratings with stable outlook.
