MARC has assigned a final rating of AAAIS with a stable outlook to Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd’s (Putrajaya) RM3.0 billion Sukuk Musharakah Programme upon the receipt of final documentation for its forthcoming issuance. The terms and conditions of the Sukuk Musharakah Programme have not changed in any material way from the draft documents on which the earlier preliminary rating of AAAIS was based.

Full details on the assigned rating have been provided in Putrajaya’s preliminary rating announcement on August 13, 2012. The full Credit Analysis Report will be made available on MARC’s website, www.marc.com.my.
