MARC has withdrawn its AA- insurer financial strength (IFS) rating on Atlanticlux Lebensversicherung S.A (Atlanticux) following the insurer's decision not to request for a review of the rating. An IFS rating assigned pursuant to a one-time rating engagement such as Atlanticlux's is valid only for a period of one year from the assignment of the rating. Upon withdrawal of Atlanticlux's IFS rating MARC will no longer carry out rating surveillance on the insurer.
