MARC has withdrawn its ratings of MARC-1(fg) /AAA(fg) on MRCB Sentral Properties Sdn Bhd’s RM400 million Commercial Papers/Medium-Term Notes (CP/MTN) Programme. The ratings withdrawal follows the early redemption of the outstanding notes under the CP/MTN programme on March 30, 2015 and the subsequent cancellation of the same as confirmed by the facility agent.

Upon the withdrawal of the ratings, MARC will no longer be providing analytical coverage on the issuer.
